Self Adhesive Rubber Acoustic Foam

The product is made from flexible rubber foam and available in a 1 × 1 m panel size. This page focuses on the self-adhesive version, while non-adhesive versions are also available, together with flat or profiled surfaces and single-layer or composite constructions.

Different surfaces, backing types, layer structures and colors can be supplied as corresponding product versions. Self-adhesive products include an adhesive backing, while non-adhesive versions retain the base rubber foam structure.

Self-adhesive rubber acoustic foam is mainly used on interior walls, doors and other acoustic treatment areas suited to flexible foam materials. The flexible panel form can cover flat surfaces or be cut to suit actual areas, making it suitable for full-surface treatment as well as local acoustic zones.

The self-adhesive version is suitable for clean, dry substrates compatible with the adhesive system and can be used directly as rubber soundproofing material with an adhesive backing. For projects using other fixing methods, a non-adhesive version is available.

Flat and profiled surfaces provide different appearance options, while multiple colors are available for exposed material areas or interior applications with specific surface color requirements. Wall and door projects can use the appropriate thickness, surface and product construction for the actual treatment area.

B1-rated versions are available for selected configurations. For projects with defined fire-performance requirements, the applicable B1 rating, test standard and related product information can be provided for the corresponding product version.
