Pipe System Products

Pipe Insulation for HVAC, Refrigeration and Mechanical Systems

Insulvora manufactures flexible elastomeric tubes and application-specific sleeves for HVAC, refrigeration, chilled-water, plumbing and compatible industrial services. The range covers standard, high-density and faced configurations according to the selected product series.

Supply is organized by actual pipe outside diameter, insulation thickness, operating temperature, indoor or outdoor exposure and quantity. Facing, joint accessories, technical documents, labeling and packing are incorporated where they form part of the confirmed order.

Pipe Insulation Products for HVAC and Water Systems

This product route brings together seven elastomeric pipe and sleeve products from the current catalog. Each pipe insulation product links to its own specification page. The pipe insulation range separates flexible pipe insulation, higher-density pipe, foil-faced pipe and application-specific sleeves for PPR, solar-water, AC copper and freeze-protection service.

01Slit rubber foam pipe insulation

Slit Rubber Foam Pipe

Density65–85 kg/m³

Preformed open closed-cell NBR/PVC rubber foam for compatible water, hot-water, PPR and air-conditioning pipework. This pipe insulation tubing is matched by sleeve inner diameter and insulation thickness to the actual pipe outside diameter.

Application Requirements

Insulation Across HVAC and Mechanical Services

Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Lines

Cold refrigerant and air-conditioning lines require thermal control and continuity through straight runs, joints, fittings and penetrations. The pipe insulation material is specified by line temperature, ambient humidity, actual pipe size, wall thickness, location and required surface construction.

Chilled, Cold and Hot Water Piping

Chilled-water and cold-water lines place emphasis on limiting heat gain and moisture exposure at the insulated surface. Hot-water lines place emphasis on heat-loss control and temperature capability. Product form, thickness and surface protection are therefore specified for the stated service rather than applied unchanged across hot and cold systems.

Industrial and Outdoor Pipework

Industrial and outdoor pipework can use mineral-wool pipe sections, flexible foam or other compatible constructions according to temperature, pipe geometry and environmental exposure. Facing, jacket or cladding requirements are coordinated with the insulation where weather or mechanical protection forms part of the project scope.

Order Definition

Pipe Size, Thickness, Documentation and Supply

The commercial specification identifies the product series, actual pipe outside diameter, sleeve size, wall thickness, quantity and service conditions for every line item. The same item reference covers its supporting documents and packing requirements.

Dimensions and Thermal Requirements

Operating temperature, ambient temperature and humidity, available installation space and the project thermal target establish the thickness basis. R-value or engineering calculations remain linked to the material data, stated conditions and calculation method used by the project.

Surface, Joints and Environmental Exposure

Plain, faced and otherwise protected configurations are recorded with the selected product. Joint closure, vapor-control continuity, fittings, valves, supports and penetrations are coordinated with compatible tapes, finishes or external protection where these items are included in the supply scope.

Factory Review, Packing and RFQ

Before production preparation, Insulvora confirms the tube or sleeve series, dimensions, thickness, quantity, labeling, packing and required technical or compliance documents. The quotation also records the application, destination country or port and any approved sample or packaging requirement.
